Cancellation Policy

WORKSHOP AND TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Image 10 Photographic, Inc. organizes a variety of workshops throughout the year, which require considerable time, effort, and financial resources for their planning and execution.

As such, we have established a clear cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all participants.

All deposits made for our photography workshops and tours are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a cancellation occurs 121 days or more before the workshop's start date, the tuition fee will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit.

However, for cancellations made within 90 days of the workshop's commencement, both the tuition and the deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

This policy is designed to protect the integrity of our workshops and to manage the commitments involved in their organization.

Paying Workshop Balances On Time Policy:

Failure to remit your workshop balance by the specified deadline will lead to the loss of your reserved spot, in accordance with the policies established by Image 10 Photographic, Inc. In such an event, the vacated position will be promptly allocated to an individual on the waiting list.

To ensure you meet the payment requirements, it is crucial to take immediate action. Begin by reviewing your confirmation email, as it should clearly indicate the due date for your final payment, which is essential information.

Next, locate the payment portal; this link is typically included in your confirmation email. If it is not present, you can access your account on the workshop's website or look for a subsequent invoice email.

Should you encounter any difficulties with the payment process or if you have already missed the deadline, it is imperative to reach out to Craig without delay for assistance.

If you fail to meet the payment deadlines on ANY workshop or tour you will forfeit your reservation.

Many workshops enforce strict payment deadlines, and if the full amount is not received by the specified date, your registration will be canceled, and you will be removed from the list of participants.

Additionally, your initial deposit will be lost, as it is non-refundable in all circumstances. Missing the final payment deadline not only results in the loss of your spot but also means that your deposit will not be returned.

Furthermore, after the deadline has passed, the Image 10 Photographic, Inc. will classify your situation as a cancellation, which will lead to the application of their standard cancellation and registration policy.

This policy will result in the loss of your entire payment, including any amounts you have already contributed toward the total balance. It is important to understand that under no circumstances will a full refund be issued if you lose your spot due to a missed payment.

To secure your place in the workshop, it is essential to communicate proactively. If you anticipate any difficulties in making your payment on time, it is advisable to contact the Craig at the earliest opportunity.

Additionally, it is crucial to thoroughly review all terms and conditions associated with the workshop before completing your registration.

Pay particular attention to the payment and cancellation policies, ensuring that you fully understand the relevant deadlines and the potential repercussions of failing to meet payment obligations.

This diligence will help you avoid any unexpected issues and ensure a smoother experience.
