WORKSHOP AND CLASS CANCELLATION:

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Because we rely on participants attendance in order to schedule facilities, book travel arrangements, secure needed permits and arrange lodging, please follow the following policies.

Due to the limited number of workshops and spots available on workshops, once you book a spot, it no longer is available for anyone else, therefore we can not offer a refund unless the cancellation is as following...

If for any reason you need to withdraw from a workshop, you must notify Image 10 Photographic through our Contact Form.

Any changes or cancellations will incur a $150.00 fee.

Before the 90 day time period we will refund your registration fee, minus a $150.00 cancellation fee.

Less than 90 days from start of workshop no refund will be issued.  If your spot is resold a workshop fee credit minus $150 for a future workshop within one year can be applied.

This policy is essential to ensure that those who sign up are serious and will not back out, taking the opening from someone else.

We cannot offer refunds on any workshop or class for no-shows.

However, if for some reason a workshop or one-on-one is cancelled by Image 10 Photographic, you will be entitled to a refund or may choose a credit for a different date.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If for any reason you need to withdraw from a class or lecture, you must notify Image 10 Photographic through our Contact Form.

Any changes or cancellations will incur a $50.00 fee.

Within this time period we will refund your registration fee, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

If cancellation occurs between 15 - 30 days days before the start of a class or workshop a refund of 50% minus $50 will be given.

If notification of cancellation is made less than 15 days before the start of the class or workshop, there is no refund.

No refund will be made for withdrawal after any class or workshop begins.

Image 10 Photographic is not responsible for cancellations due to medical emergencies.

In the unlikely event that a class or workshop is cancelled by Image 10 Photographic, all fees may be refunded in full or may be transferred to another workshop that is scheduled within 12 months of the cancellation.

In the event of a class or workshop cancellation, Image 10 Photographic is not responsible for reimbursement of any travel, lodging, equipment rental or any other related expenses. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any non-refundable registration fees, travel, lodging, equipment rental or any other related expenses.

WEATHER:

Ultimately, weather is an uncontrollable factor with night sky photography. Regardless of the conditions we will stay out and shoot as long as it is safe to do so. If weather becomes an issue, if able we will reschedule the workshop or we will work with you to move your registration to a later date. PLEASE understand, no refunds will be issued.

Clouds play a significant role while capturing the night sky. However, even during completely overcast conditions, we promise you will come away with beautiful images, knowledge, and capabilities of capturing the night sky.

Only if conditions pose a safety risk or if conditions are absolutely guaranteed to bring un-shootable conditions, will we cancel a workshop and reschedule it for a few days later or move your registration to a later workshop on our schedule.

We recommend packing a light jacket or rain poncho and bring something to keep your camera dry (a shower cap is ideal) just in case rain develops while shooting.

We reserve the right to re-schedule any workshop due to weather at any time prior to any scheduled workshop.

If we decide to cancel a workshop - no refunds will be issued but we will reschedule the workshop for a later date.

There are no exceptions to our Cancellation and Transfer Policy.
